Now, I know that school started and these days lots of people are dealing with stress and deadlines. There's no reason why you shouldn't relax though! Take a deep breath and maybe these tips can help you find your inner Zen.
Get Yourself A Nice Drink
Drink tea or anything you find comfortable. Coffee, hot chocolate, or even fruit juice if your lactose-intolerant!
Coffee is very calming. And whether it's homework or working overtime, it'll keep you awake for a while before your done. Just one thing: you should be cautious of your intakes of caffeine because no matter what it is, too much of anything is never good. But then again, less of anything sometimes isn't good as well! :)A cup of hot chocolate is always very comfortable! You'll keep your hands warm and it'll help you sleep better. Sometimes, it's nice to drink hot chocolate before you sleep during the winter.
Pouring yourself some tea can be a gateway to a soothing afternoon. It's very healthy and like life, it can be bitter yet very relaxing.
Cucumber/Zucchini Eye Mask
If you have some cucumbers or zucchinis around the house, they can be more of a use than just eating them. You may have heard of this method!
Cut 2 slices of cucumber or zucchini, about half an inch thick per slice. Lie down on anywhere comfortable and place the a slice on each of your eyes. Relax for about 5 minutes, After about a couple minutes, take the slices off your eyes and throw them away. Your eyes should not be puffy and you should feel a bit refreshed.
Fun With Toast
Toast is like one of the best things to have in the morning. But adding stuff with it? Even better.
First, gather ingredients. Anything you want, anything you like. If you think it goes well on toast, go ahead. Feel free to experiment. Besides, you're supposed to have FUN with toast before you eat it. :) Get a plate and put a freshly made slice of toast on it. Around the plate, put ingredients. Bottles of sprinkles, Nutella, or even carrots. You should always have more than one slice of toast for multiple recipes on your own. Now go and create! :)
The recipes can be totally unique and just amazing! Just try and see what you get!
