Lovely Note #7 Wishing Parents Would Come to Important Occasions

Hello, lovelies!

So when I was younger my mom didn't go to many of my concerts or performances. I was always down about this, because I worked so hard on my singing for weeks for an upcoming concert and it turns out she could never go because of work. I know she would of loved to go, but she always had to go get work over with first, and that takes up most of the day.

Anyways, I know a few people might have this situation and I'd like to say 'I'm sorry!' I know how you feel and you might be a bit upset about it. Usually, my teachers would always record our concerts and upload them to the choir website so our parents could see it. But if you don't have that, it's okay. You can get a friend to record it for you and send it to you. Also if you think this occasion is very important to you and you feel as if you're parents would love to see it, it's always worth the try to get them to come! It's never bad to tell them that it's important and ask them if they could ask for a day off to see you perform or anything like that. Try as much as you can and I'm rooting for you, good luck! :D
